Notice on Winter Water Cutting Machine Equipment Cold Frost Protection Dear Customer:

Recently, due to the low temperature rainy/snowy weather in winter, the temperature has dropped below freezing point. In order to ensure the safety normal operation of the water cutting machine, prevent financial losses caused by low temperature freezing weather, ensure your normal production work, we have specially formulated anti freezing thawing measures for the water cutting machine. Specifically, as follows:

1. Add insulation measures to the water cutting machine to prevent water pumps, water pipes, waterways from freezing.

2. Drain the water from the water cutting pump that is not in use temporarily, drain the water from water components such as water tanks pipes.

3. Before stopping use, use a cutting machine to suck non corrosive antifreeze to allow water contacting components such as pump heads, high-pressure pipes, high-pressure spray guns to pass through the antifreeze to prevent freezing damage.

4. When not in use, store the water cutting machine indoors at room temperature of 0'C or above to prevent freezing.

5. Due to the fact that all our equipment undergoes a water test before leaving the factory, there is water present in the pumps, high-pressure pipes, water components of the factory equipment, the above anti freezing measures also need to be implemented.

6. If ice is found on the water cutting machine, do not start it, do not use methods such as pouring hot water or pouring to thaw it. Only warm water can be used for thawing, or the water cutting equipment can be placed at room temperature for natural thawing.

7. The thawing of high-pressure pipes high-pressure spray guns should refer to the thawing measures of water cutting machines.

8. The water cutting machine its accessories must be completely thawed before starting the operation. When stopping use, the above anti freezing measures must be followed to prevent freezing.

9. Freezing of the water cutting machine can damage the sealing components in the high-pressure pump reduce the sealing performance. The freezing cracking damage of the water cutting machine its accessories are caused by natural factors are not within the scope of free maintenance. Please take protective measures to avoid losses.
